The energy of a blessing like this can be transmitted through the printed word when it is sent out from a pure loving heart. We bless you all, dearest ones, we wish you to experience every joy and live in your full strength, your full power. For you all have the power to do extraordinary things upon the earth. As you realise your love for yourself, and for the blessed Mother Earth, you grow into the magnificence of your spiritual being and accomplish all you need to do upon the earth. Help is at hand always, dearest ones, both through human beings upon the earth, and directly from us star beings in spirit. Ask only and you shall receive. It is in the purity of the intent that we are able to help you manifest. As you shed the last layers of illusion, you will ask only for what is in accord with your greatest good and that is always granted to you, dearest ones.
We love you always, and long for you to reach out to us, for then we can work with you in more and more consciousness. For we need to work with you human beings as co-creators - of your own destiny and that of the dear Earth herself. We call on you to awaken fully to your star mission upon the Earth, for she needs your assistance now in her travails, in her re-birthing pangs. You can ease her pain, you can ease the birthing, as you gather in your circles and send your love to her. It is the Earth-Star link that is all important now. We work directly with a star medicine for the Earth through the crop circle formations in the living corn, just as we always did in the stone circles and temples of old. Awaken to these mysteries, dear ones, for the Time is Now!

MESSAGE FROM HILARION for the 9 October STAR GATHERING:
'Dear
Star-seeds, come and gather in the Temple to strengthen
yourselves for the times which are to come. For soon we enter the turbulent
times, the times when many will seek for signs in the skies of the ending of
your world. When this does not happen in the way many have been led to believe
and they are not whisked away to a place of bliss in the Fifth Dimension, then
confusion and despair will set in amongst very many of the souls who have been
led astray. These souls have taken into their hearts - clinging to the hope of
radical change which will come upon them, without their doing anything - the
false thought that the world as they know it will end at the end of 2012. This
thought has been planted by the dark forces to prevent the real possibility of
ascension in these souls.
For Ascension has always been possible for human beings who devote themselves to the spirit. It takes place as inner experience, as inner development, which lifts you up into true spirit experience. When you transform yourselves inwardly through your dedication to your spiritual path, then you prepare the seed-bed for us to work within you to effect the re-connection of your codes with that which it is possible in these times to develop. Working together in this way, you co-create with us, a new alignment and re-structuring of your physical and etheric bodies.
First however it is necessary to purify your astral body – and this means your starry vehicle, dear ones. Working to clear the emotional blocks and confusions which result from earthly karma is one of the steps on this path. Establishing a daily rhythm of meditative practice is another step which will allow you to link consciously to spirit beings and star beings when you have gone far enough along the path. We will then be able to grant you great assistance as you ask us to work with you. As your starry body is refined it becomes transparent to us, and we to you: you regain your connection to the stars. This is a process which takes dedicated work, dear ones, but it is a safe and sure path which will yield results.
There are quick ways, shortcuts through drugs, which promise to open your consciousness to spiritual life. And they do work, dear ones, as many of you know from experience, but when the foundation of solid meditative practice and cleansing of the astral vehicle – the emotional body - are not there, then you find you falter at the first trials that life throws at you and fall back to where you started from. Without your devoted daily spiritual practice and the cleansing of your emotional body, no path will lead you successfully to the desired goal of becoming a free and independent human being who is capable of consciously working alongside the star beings and spiritual masters.
You will be able to discern who has followed the long sure path by their ability to maintain their equilibrium through all the trials they pass through. This is the aim, to be able to stay steady and balanced and able to act rightly in all situations of life. With such highly developed human souls we are glad to work, and will receive them into our ranks with joy and gratitude.
Dear souls, when you tread this path with true inner devotion, we feel this shining out of your hearts, and we come to you to assist you. You will feel our quiet words within your hearts, easing your trials, widening your understanding and helping you go forward through whatever is given you to experience with joy in your hearts. Only call on us, dear ones, in your hearts and ask for our help. We are only a thought away.'

MEDITATION FROM MELCHISEDEK for the AUTUMN EQUINOX 2011
'The Equinox is a time of turning, a time of balance of night and day, a time of drawing inwards after the summer’s expansion. Draw inwards, dear ones into your own heart space through meditation. We give you now a new meditation to help you draw your forces in:-
Centre yourselves in your heart space through the Star Cross and breathe into this balanced space. Expand your aura to a comfortable and even distance around you and feel the outer edges of your aura as if shining with silvery light. For you truly do shine, dear ones, when you draw in to your inner space in meditation. The light of each one of you is seen far out in the cosmos. We rejoice when we see your light shining out, dear ones!
The earth begins to breathe in now, the trees are losing their summer mantles. The leaves fall to the earth as the winds blow and all nature’s colours are changing, drawing in to the earth their mother. And so it is with you dear human beings also: you begin to draw inwards and find your true selves in meditation. You can reflect upon how you have changed in this summer just gone. You are different, dear ones, when you look in, are you not?
Take a few moments to feel these changes as you look into your hearts. Feel the new balance in your soul, as you gather in the strengths you have won from the summer. The warmth of the sun is waning in the world outside, but you can feel how there is a warmth growing within - a heart warmth, spreading within you, as you notice how your being has been transformed over the summer. As the year turns, inner warmth begins to glow and meditating becomes easier. You can draw inwards and concentrate your forces, finding the fruits that are ripening now.
Notice the new strengths you have found within you. Name them to yourself as you become more conscious of the fruits of your summer. See them as fully formed, see how they transform you, how they bring out a fullness in your being. And see their potential for the future, for within each of these fruits are seeds of new life, new growth in times to come. Cherish these seeds and nurture them within your hearts as you move towards the darkening days, so they may grow strong and true when their time comes. Hold them in your hearts with love, dear ones, as we hold you in our hearts with love always.
When you are in this quiet heart space you may hear our whisperings, our
guidance, for we wish to speak with you and work with you. And we ask you to
draw inwards and meditate each day, so we may reach you, dear ones.'
STAR BEINGS RECALIBRATE THE EARTH THROUGH THE CROP CIRCLE FORMATIONS - AND RECALIBRATE HUMAN BEINGS TOO!
On 17 September 2011I was contacted by a being new to me, who announced himself as Almeron, and I asked if I might ask him where he came from and what his star lineage was:
ALMERON: You may ask this. I come from the stars known as Seinta they are a long way off. My star lineage is that of the tribe of Almera. I speak for my brothers and sisters of Almera. I speak to you for you can hear me. We need people who can hear us so our work may be understood as well as felt. The impressions of our formations work into the earth and help the recalibration be on track. We recalibrate the human beings also. But most are unaware of what is happening to them. They feel the energy but do not know just what we do. So they do not meet us with the necessary consciousness and they do not hear our words to know what they must do. For we can give but one part of the shift, the other is dependent on the freedom of the human being to acknowledge us and work with us. When a human being awakes to our presence in real consciousness, not only in the dream of feeling, then the communication is two ways. We can work strongly with such a human being. And we wish many more to fully awaken and to work with us in consciousness. We need colleagues upon the earth, star beings in human bodies. For those who have been very long upon the earth like you, dear Amuna Ra, it may take a long time to wake up to your starry activities. But when you do awaken then the power is full and strong and we can work with you as one. For those others who wake more quickly but have less experience on the earth, our activity may be more curtailed until they accept their earthly role in understanding. You can help with these processes in those who come towards you. We will work through you when you channel us, dear star sister.

SUMMER SOLSTICE 2011 from THE PLEIADIANS
'This is a time of great testing for all lightworkers on the path. You are being shown the untransmuted sides of your personality selves. Look at what presents itself, stand back with no emotion and look at your reactions: see how they stem from old habits, sometimes even from past lifetimes. When you look dispassionately you can see they not only no longer belong, but actually hold you back. Use this opportunity of perceiving them to let them go. Look and let go. In releasing these old patterns, give thanks for their former usefulness to you and bless them as you let go.
Do not allow yourself to get stuck in the old reactions and relive the past, for you have so much to do in the coming times. Shake off your old habits and let yourself move forward. You know not where it will lead you, yet you must step forth. When you do this, dear ones, step into the unknown and it will be revealed to you what is yet a mystery: the nature of your future tasks. These future tasks need your full focus and attention, and while you are still in some way caught up in the past, you cannot give this. Do not fear what you do not yet comprehend, for it will be clear and shining when it is revealed. Fear holds you back, old habits hold you back. Notice them and let them go, bless them for the lessons they have taught you, and move forward with joy.
Moving forward with joy is easier in the full height of summer, when all nature is blooming around you. Be sure to spend much time outside and refresh your senses, dear ones. Give thanks to the dear earth, who opens herself and breathes out into the cosmos in the heights of summer. She unites herself with the high forces of the great Archangel Uriel at Midsummer when the days are longest in your year. All the Elemental beings rejoice and are fully alive at this time, especially the sylphs, soaring and dancing in the warmth of the air. Let the Elementals help you ease out of fear and dance with joy into the next phase of your lives. It will be of great help to you all to spend as much time as you can outside in nature, and if you can sleep out, do so, dear ones, then will you be able to let so much that you no longer need slip away, drift away from you into the blue of the sky.
Let yourselves become one with the nature forces at this time and dream into the new selves which are growing. Discard the remnants of your former selves and allow your greater selves to gracefully inhabit you. For it is the time of the birthing of your Higher Selves much further down into your everyday selves than they have ever been able to come before... Birthing is a painful process when you fight and struggle against the inevitable. And yet at the height of the greatest pain, when you think you can bear it no more, the transformation takes place, and all is forgotten in the blissful joy of the new life. You are birthing your own new life, uniting with your own true Self. Let it take place, dearest ones, and welcome the new life with love. Summer is a beautiful time for a birthing.
We who are speaking to you are the Beings of Joy whom you call the Pleiadians. We wish you to feel us in you more and more often. We wish to bring you joy! We wish to help you through these times of trial. We wish to ease your passage into our dimensions. Call on us for help when you need our love and joy. You are all too used to struggling to do everything alone, now it is time to work together with us, and to allow us to work with you. We can ease your troubles, and take away the tension if you only call on us. Remember us and do not close us out. If you do, you have not got the whole picture, for we belong there too. Our joy and love goes with you always when you remember us. See, it makes you smile, dear one, it lightens your heart. Feel our blessings descend upon you now, dear ones.'

MESSAGE FROM THE STAR COUNCILS OF LIGHT
for the STAR GATHERING 29 May 2011
'We call on you all who resonate with our words to gather together – in spirit if you cannot come in person – on Sunday for the Star Gathering in the Temple of Amun. Come with an awareness of those people in need whose lives have been shifted by the great winds sweeping the continents, by the explosions of fire coming from the depths of Gaia, by the moving of the earth-plates, by the rising of the waters. The elements are assisting the transformations your dear planet is enduring just now. She is being reborn and the birthing has begun. The process takes time. The process of renewing means purification, a great cleansing and throwing off of what is no longer needed. Those souls caught up in these great changes have contracted to be involved. They move on to new destinations, or they find each other to help in the crises. New communities arise out of mutual assistance. New communities with simpler needs and great respect for the honest basis of life on your earth.
Those brave peoples who are throwing off the yoke of oppression need your love and understanding. They need your awareness. Carry them in your hearts with joy at their courageous struggle. They will win through in time, your hearts' loving support will help them. But there is a greater help you may choose to give. And that is connected with your own awakening consciousness of the many star beings surrounding your earth who wish to help in the re-birthing processes. We respect the freedom of each earth individual. It is cosmic law that we may not interfere, even to help, unless invited. When you begin to consciously acknowledge us and build an inner relationship to us, you may ask how you can directly help the peoples of the earth who need assistance.
When
the bridges are built between conscious souls on the earth and the
star nations gathered to help, then our ability to effectively work
in is increased many fold. Each one of you can open much more fully
to your own star origins, each one of you can learn to channel and
come into communion with the star beings. Then you become co-workers,
co-creators, alongside us. Then we work together to help the great
transformations your earth planet is undergoing at present. This will
greatly assist the ease of the changes. We call on you, each one of
you, to take steps now to make conscious your own star connection and
to develop yourselves into fully aware communicators between the
dimensions. The Amun Star Temple is a sacred place consecrated to
these star connections.
We star beings of the Councils of Light of the Galactic Federation rejoice that Amuna Ra is to hold courses in the Mystery School belonging to the Order of Melchisedek which will awaken those who are ready to their star connections and teach how to channel the star beings. We call on you to come to the Star Temple of Amun and begin these processes of reconnection to the stars. The Star Gatherings are a first step, where we will be able to communicate with you through Amuna Ra.'
